Scot and Eric began working their business by working the front counter and the back room. Unlike most family businesses and families, they can work together.

Eric took to working the front counter and enjoys working with people. Where some folks see dry cleaning as a chore, Eric sees each and every day as an exciting challenge filled with new opportunities to meet new and interesting people, as well as a chance to greet old friends.

Scot is the guy in the back room who focuses on the infinite details that go into providing quality and reliable dry cleaning. Most people know very little about dry cleaning and from the outside, dry cleaning appears to be magic like from the Wizard of Oz. Scot is the wizard that makes it all happen -- juggling high technical aspects of schedules, special cleaning programs for special garments and coordinating staff. It's a never ending juggling act but its what Scot thrives upon.
